There is no problem in moving. I did the same thing. Surprisingly US Post office re-directed the FP notice to my new address. Even if you do not receive FP notice your lawyer gets another copy. YOu can take either copy to your FP location. FP notice going to wrong address is a common thing.
Whether it delays your GC process ? A delay of 1 or 2 months in FP may not affect GC process much.

you guys will be fine. I asked the same question to my lawyer. she said:
the address can be changed before your 485 approval without any negative effect.
however, if you change your address after 485 approvel but before you get the plastic card, you will get problem. INS usually refused to send the card to an address which is different from your 485 address.
