Hi,

My mother has an I-130 petition pending for me at the CA service centre. This petition was originally filed at the Nebraska service centre and moved to CA about 2 years ago. At this time, she lives in Chicago She is planning to move to Maryland.
1. Given this change of address, can she file with the CA service centre to move my pending I-130 to the Vermont service centre (where MD residents must initially file)?

2. Given that VT service centre is processing (for my category) for date well after my own priority date (Jan 2004), does this mean the I-130 gets processed immediately?
