Good day. I am wanting to find out if there is any way to find out if you have won if you have changed your address since entering the DV draw? I changed my address since entering Last year and am now wondering what would happen should a notification letter have been sent out for me?
 
Do you reside in US? I mean are your previous and present addresses in US?
If yes, I assume you already forwarded your mails to your new address.
If this is the case sooner or later, you'll most likely to receive the NL, if you are selected.

If you're living in any other country and if there's no 'mail forwarding service', you should
check with the current residents of your previous address.
KCC probably won't be of any help.
