Hello,

I need some advices here... my husband (USC) is about to finish his study and will start working in June (we don't know where yet, he has still some interviews to pass). Thus, in 6-7 weeks we will move from our current place. Do you think we should go ahead with the AOS or that the change of address may be a pb? What about the I-864, can we use the job offer salary of my husband?

Many thanks!

For the I-864 you will need the w-2's, employment letter, tax transcript for 2006 to submit. You need to provide the proof of the previous year to verify your husband/sponsor meets the federal poverty guideline. When husband secures job in June you will need to provide that info as well. I know definitely at the interview, if not before.
If you file now and then move in 6-7 weeks, then you can submit address change online. Possibly by the time you move you may get your FP date. Are you moving to another city, state, or are you just moving to another address which will keep you at the same District Office for your Immigration Process? Remember to send entire package to Chicago, but your appointments with be at the Local DO.
