I got my wifes green card. I then applied for a last name change at the local INS center by filling the application form and submitting the greeen card . the passport was stamped with I-551 . On the application I had given my old address and now I have moved to a new address.
Do I need to submit any form for change of address or does it come automatically since I have mail forwarding to my new address to get the new green card with chane of last name .
