Change of Address

Can you please tell me if i change my address, do i have to file AR-11 form and call them up and notify.

If not can someone please let me know the procedure to do this.

You have to file AR-11, and if you have any pending applications, you should call them up (the 800 number) since AR-11 does not effect the pending applications.
