Change of Address

I tried to call NCSC today and update change of address. She told me that, in order to update the address, we need to send a mail to TSC and she does not have access to even verify the address !!!!

Is their anything specific to ask for ?!
 
I just updated my address last month 23rd. by submitting AR 11 and then I callled NCSC asked the representative to update my address, she did took my SRC # and A# then she taken the new address.

She was told we will be getting a confirmation by mail in 3 weeks from Texas Service Center for my& Spouse pending 485's.

Once I received a letter from Texas Service Center I will post again.
