My I-140 is filed with INS in Jan wit VSC. Seems to be INS some written notice, which was returned back to INS last week of March due to some wrong address. It could be RFE or it could be Approval notice. I did not knew that until recently and now i got laid off!!
Is there a way to update Address with INS. My ex-co is not responding for my requests to change address? Pls. help.
