Guys, I am moving and in the process of filling out the AR-11 form.

I am still officially on H1 until Oct 1st 03 on my current. Company has filed for an extention recently - no reciept yet. I do have an EAD (actually my 2nd) valid until Oct 28th 04.

Question is what should I mention under "IF NOT A PERMANENT RESIDENT, MY STAY IN THE U.S. EXPIRES ON : (Date) " field on the form.

What have you guys done in such a situation - as I will be offically moving on Oct 01st (the day of my I-94 expiration date)

Appreciate the response and thanks in advance.

.......

Generally speaking, If you are on H1 visa, you should mention that on AR11 with the expiration date mentioned on the visa.

However, I had mentioned AOS pending under 'other' and N/A in 'my stay in the US expires column.......' This is perfectly ok.

In any case, you will need to call them also to update your new address in their system. As AR11 is merely a formality.
