Folks ,
I recently moved. I have filed 485 application at VSC on April 2002. I already notify VSC by phone and IIO changed my address. I have following questions

1. Do I still need to fill AR-11 form for my safety ??

2. Do I have to call any other INS department or forms to fill out??

Please help . I was reading 11 days law for change of address for all immigrants which sounds scary.

Thanks and regards

yes! you still have to file AR-11

Though you have intimated VSC, you still have to file AR-11 with the State Department. Otherwise, you could be held incompliant with the law.

In my case, I filed AR-11 with the State Dept., sent a letter to VSC notifying them of the change with a copy of my I-485 receipt and called VSC's IIO to have it changed in my file.

Just didn't want to take any chances...
