Change of Address...Please help

I have applied under EB2-NIW. While my lawyer filed I-140 for me, I have filed I-485, 765, 131 by myself. All the applications was submitted in this July-August season.

I am wondering if I can request a change of address so that all the letters regarding my I-140 directly come to me. Is there any time restriction for that such as I can only request a change of address only after 60 days or so? Actually my physical address will be the same (as given in 140), just wanted to change the address of correspondence. Also, I would like to know if the USCIS send a copy of the RFE or approval letter to the applicant (along with the lawyer) or they just send one copy to the lawyer.

Please help. Thank you very much, in advance.

You can change your Address Online

You can change your Address Online on the USCIS website.
You will be given a confirmation number after you have properly completed it.
Keep a copy of the confirmation page, print screen it and print it out!
You'll be glad you did, and very, very sorry if you did not.
That said, sometimes it is best to use Express Mail, because if your mail is STILL sent to the wrong address, you can mail them a hardcopy of the confirmation or the Express Mail receipts, and the USCIS will acknowledge their mistake - at no penalty to you (remember there are deadlines!

Good luck!
