Change of Address Notification to INS

Need to know info on filling Change of address form (AR-11) for INS. If INS has up to date address for 485, EAD and Advance Parole, Is there further need to submit AR-11?
Considering all the recent events, Dont want to take any chances!!!

once INS has your latest addr, then your are fine for EAD and AP.
You can also confirm it by calling an IIO..

Submition of AR-11 is mandatory. You must submit this form even if you have notified INS about your address change for your pending petitions.

Send by certified mail so that you have proof. Keep the receipt forever.
