Folks,

I am changing my address and I have a I485 pending case. My wife has already a Green Card so:

1) Do I have to file a Ar-11 form for my wife too even if she has a green card?

2) Which phone number I must call to make the change for my pending case. Is it the one that I see when I check my case? if yes, this 800 # is local or national? I am asking this because I was told that you should call your local office when you have a pending case and the national service only for naturalization cases?

Thx for ur help.

possible answers

Qn #1 - not sure - but I think AR 11 is mandatory for all foreign nationals...so even if u r holding GC, u must notify them of ur address change...

Qn #2 - 1800 # is national...when u call in - all they will do is generate a notice to CSC of ur change in address for ur pending applications...I think u must tell them to change address on each pending application in CSC...so give them all the WACs u got...atleast that is what I did...

Again, verify answer to Qn #1 again...
