change of address issue

Hi,

I am sponsoring for my parents-in-law B2 visa and will
be changing my address soon.
My question is, is it safer for the change of address issue to
come up at the consulate or at POE ?

I mean is it safe to put my present address on all the visa
application forms,etc , let them get the visa and then send them
a letter explaining the change of address , for my parents-in-law to use at POE, if required ?
