Hi everyone, I am hoping someone here can provide some guidance for my situation.
I got approved and recieved my plastic card in February.
I moved in April and filed AR 11 form.

Couple of days ago I recieved this email message:

Application Type: I485 , Application to Register Permanent Residence or
to Adjust Status

Current Status:

Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by
the post office on May 27, 2005. To update the mailing address so this
notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service Center
at (800) 375-5283.

If you have questions or concerns about your application or the case
status results listed above, or if you have not received a decision or
advice from USCIS within the projected processing time frame*, please
contact the National Customer Service Center.

National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283..

I called the number but all I could do was press various menu options for an hour but was unable to reach a customer service representative. Is there any other number where I can reach a customer service representative?

You can try faxing them, by writing a letter and requesting to send your GC in your new address. Mention your case number, attach a copy of your I-485 approval and a copy of your AR-11.
