I am a US citizen living in US and had filed for green card for my brother and his family living in India back in 2007. While we patiently wait for priority date to become current, both I and my brother have moved. I have already filed for change of address for me. Do I need to also update the address for brother who is in India? If so, how? When the priority date becomes current, will the letter come to me in auS? Or to my brother in India? So appreciate your input! Thanks!
