My wife's case got transferred to DC local office on 07/07/04.
We have just moved back to Texas.
I filed for our AR-11s yesterday and called the 800 number and the lady said She have to write out a letter to the CIS office, Arlington.
Has anyone else done that ? And have they been successful in getting their case transferred again back to the local office of their new address ?
Has anyone have a sample format of the letter?
I am thinking I have to list her Alien number, her 485 case number, old & new address.
