I am an LPR and I have filed I130 for my wife at Texas service center, which is processing I130 with priority dates of Jan99. If I move to a state that comes under Nebraska service center jurispurdiction, would my petition be Frwd to Nebraska service center, and am I in turn going to save some time since NB is processing April2001 cases? Any help will be really appreciated.

looks like nobody there to answer my question
It will still gonna take a long time to become a visa number available for your wife. How much time do you have left to become a citizen? Its faster after you become a citizen.

I've been LPR since 1992, but have few trips out of US that lasted more than 6months. I just got back few months ago, after staying with my wife and kid for 10 months and that has reset my citizenship clock. I have possibility of moving to MI which comes under Nebraska service center. If my petition is processed at NB I might save a year or so (5 year wait is still better than 6years). So does anybody know what happens to I130 if I move from TX to NB service center area.
