Change of address during immigration

Hi everyone,

Due to the size of my apartment being inadequite for my new family, I am going to have to move into a larger place while my wife and her son are waiting for her visas to go through.

Since I do not currently know where I will be living, I am listing my current address as our future home on all our immigration forms.

After I get moved into our future home, how must I handle this change of address with USCIS so that all immigration paperwork is not sent to my "old" address?

I will be staying in the same city so I will be using the same processing center.

thank you

Form AR-11 will allow changes of addresses with USCIS.
Why not use your work address for mailing? That way something won't get lost in the mail with the switch.

To change addresses while an application is being processed, you need to send an AR-11 and call the 800 customer service number to have your case updated.
