Change of Address Confirmation

I moved recently and called 1-800 number to report the address change as my 485 is pending. I was told that they would mail the confirmation letter in 10 days. I have not received any letter yet. did any one receive address change confirmation letter in mail and after how many days ?

Don't worry. I received letter after 40days

Don't worry. I received letter after 40days. I called INS about change of address on feb 1 week and I got the letter confirmation on March 12.
So Relax.

Here is somthing u may follow.

Ignore it if already done any of them

1. File AR-11 (must file or File AR-11SR if SR country)
2. Call 800 No and update (which u already done)
3. write a letter to TSC on

Subject: Home Address Update Request for Pending I-485.

Dear sir/Madam

.........
...... your all info

xyz.

Attach all pending petition receipt copies
-----------------------

Wait for 30 days keep eye on online status if it is changed to 'We response your request......"

if u receive letter than fine, otherwise call 800 again and confirm addr.

If u are expecting FP or any other doc. even addr is changed make ur relationship with ppl who live on old addr too. you never know

I called 1-800 to update the address and sent AR-11 form also. I will send a letter USCIS now
