I would like some opinion on how change of address across state lines affect either I-140 or I-485 app. My company has applied for my I-140 in March. Since then it was acquired by another company. To add to the misery, we have decided to move from Connecticut to Kansas (it is a different story). I will be working for the same company exactly the same position but I will be working from home instead. I am wondering if changing our address to Kansas will have any affect on GC at all?
