Change of Address AR-11 Question

1. How can I check as to what address the USCIS has for me ?
2. If I've forgotten to file AR-11 - what are the consequences ?

You can file FOIA and get a cpy of your file but that will take months.
Don't worry and file AR-11 right away, late filing is bettter than no filing.
See Chapter 8 USC 1305 which ask for such requirements and if they really want they can start the deportation proceedings for failure to file a required change of address.
