change of address AR-11 queries

Anyone who has filled an AR-11 , can you kindly help us.



1) I have an active H1-B valid till 2005 March and an EAD card valid till 2004 June. What should I put in the AR-11 form
for in the U.S as ???? and A # ???
or

Should I put the # in the I-94 ???


2) My wife is now working on EAD that expires in June 2004 . What should she put in the AR-11 form's A#

and should she declare her work address , earlier she was on H-4

IF YOU ARE STILL WORKING ON h1, PUT H1 VALID DATE. OTHERWISE JUST PUT ADJUSTEE (I-485 PENDING). YOU SHOULD BE HAVING A#. IT IS ON THE EAD CARD ALSO.

SHE ALSO SHOULD BE HAVING HER A# THAT IS WRITTEN ON THE CARD. IF SHE IS WORKING , SHE NEEDS TO PUT HER WORK ADDRESS
