Change of Address AND Case Transfer to Local Office

Hi,

I had submitted a Change of Address and no transfer happened to local office.

However, a friend of mine (RD/ND July 2003) moved from NC to NJ (case filed with NSC) ... their case was transferred to Atlanta...

Here is my theory on why it could have hapened... We now know based on procesing rates and RFE issued info from other posts.. that there is a likelyhood that the July 2003 cases might be ready to be assigned to adjudication .. and then when a CoA comes in the file is transferred... possibly?

I sent change of address last year ... current address in TX.... case still going on at NSC, where it was filed originally...
