Change of Address -- Alien number?

Hi,

I am on H-1 in US and need to fill in my Change of Address form. What do write in the section 'Copy number from Alien card'. Do I leave it blank?

You can put the I-94 number. For H1-B I-94 number is the Alien #.
Also include a copy of the visa page and I-94 just in case.

Or your I-797. This will be more accurate.
