change of address after case being transfered to local office.

My husband's and my I485 was transfered to Boston from Vermont office for interview in October. but my husband has moved to LA for his new job in July. We had our address changed after our case being transfered to local office. Are they going to pull out our case from Boston office and transfer it to LA? Will that take long? Anybody has similar experience. Please help. Thanks a lot.

now that the case is at the local office,things kind of get tricky. how long does your husband plan to work in LA?

Both offices, ex. LA and Boston are processing 2004 cases. Which is a very very good sign. LA is processing June 2004, and Boston is processing April 2004.

Therefore, you might be called upon an interivew in 2 months. Therefore Keep your boston address and wait for an interveiw instead of transferring your file to LA. Things get complicated once you request the transfer and it will take probably long before the file reaches LA.
