I wish to change my name for naturalization. If I indicate the same on the N-400 Form, What documents do I need to send along with the application ?
Do I also have to apply for the "change of name" in the local court ? I would be grateful, if you could let me know the process.
I will be applying from San Francisco. I read in these forums, that sometimes the waiting time can take longer for the oath, if name change needs to be done. Have any one experienced the same for San Francisco DO ?
