Does anyone know what do i need to do to change lawyer?
Do i need to inform INS or the existing lawyer need to
withdraw before the new lawyer can file G28?

Also if Lawyer don\'t withdraw G-23, is he obligated to send us the original approval notice he receives?

It depends on which stage you are in.

If you come to a end of a stage, you can change the attorney easily. I changed mine after completing 140 and I had the new attorney apply for my 485.
