I am in a dilemma and need some guidance. I am an Accounting Analyst and have been offered a position as an Auditor in the same company. The new
position will be under the same company XYX but instead of a division I will be under the corporate office. The skills I need are the same as my current
position and my LC was sponsored by by company XYZ and not by the division that I work under of company XYZ.
My I-140 was filed on July 21st so that means I am still 6 months away atleast from getting an approval.
Is it safe to change positions at this point? The new opportunity is fantastic but not fantastic enough to start the immigration process all over again.
Any help would be much appreciated.
