I have my I140 OR concurrently filed with I485 more than 7 month ago. the I140 had RFE, which I just submitted a response to it today!
I will be moving in August to another faculty position, and I want an expert opinion in what could be my options, and the best way to proceed. I don't want to lose the concurrent filing and start all over again of course, but at the same time I cannot wait 6 month after the approval (if any) of the pending I140 before starting the new job!
