Change jobs before 180 days.

Hi,

I have seen some chats at murthy.com. Ms. Murthy has suggested at several occasions that one does not need to work for 180 days for the sponsoring employer. Did any of you, on this discussion board, clarify this with your lawyers.

I have received my EAD & AP. I have not received my FP notice yet. My employer is closing 20days before my 180 days are completed.

Any suggestions.
