I know that if 365 days after labor approved, and 180 days after 485 pending, you can change job without the risk of the labor being reused or 140 being revoked.
But I read somewhere in this forum that if 140/485 filed concurrently, then you CANNOT change job after 140/485 pending over 180 days.
What exactly is the regulation in this concurrent filing case?
My wife's labor was approved on 7/30/06
and 140/485/EAD/AP filed on 10/16/06
Can she change job in Aug 2008?
