Change job using AC21 and H1B extension?

ginnu.. please comment..Change job using AC21 and H1B extension?

Gurus,

I have a question on AC21 process. My I140 is approved and its been 180+ days since I filed my I485 application. My H1B is valid till May, 2006. At this stage, can I change job using H1B and then apply for a AC21 and keep extending the H1B with new employer after May, 2006?

Addition to the base querry

If one changes his job while running in 6th yr of H1B & have already completed 180 days after I140approval + 180 days of I485 filing. What are all the documents he will need to request for 7th yr extension with the new employer.
