One of my friend got into I485 for over six month, he wants to know whether he could change job and whether it will have some bad influence on his green card process? Did somebody have similar problem?

Doesn\'t he know how to use computer and internet, and post message himself? Or you are acting as his secretary. Or u don\'t have courage to come open saying that you are the one that want to change job.

Now coming to the question, why don\'t you read the recently released INS memo on AC21 and guidelines to your fictious freind, and let him aware that IT IS NOT A BIG DEAL IF YOU CHANGE JOB NOW.

milk, I appreciate your answer. Some people even though they know all the rules, they would like to confirm. I think instead of writing directly like you, you should guide them in the wrong direction.
