I am currently working at one company and have an offer from another. I am in the USA on a TN permit that expires in 2012. Last October I married an American. I returned to the US after Christmas and was informed I needed to stay 90 days before applying for permanent residence. I would prefer to take the new job. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take the new job and apply later?
2. Are there any repercussions for getting a new TN first or repercussions for trying to get a new TN?
3. Should I just suffer with the current job and apply now?
