My attorney advises....
My attorney advised me that once you get permanent residence, you need to stay with the company for at least 6 months. If you leave before that, the INS would consider it fraud and this would open yourself up for problems in the future when you want to become a US citizen.

I disagree with your attorneys understanding. Why would we have the 180 day job change then ? If you could change jobs agter 180 days from filing I485, I guess, changing a job after the green card should not raise any issues as long as the job is in the same category.

GC is the freedom from H1 employer khatmals. I agree with Jampla we can do whatever job we can after the GC, Actually I am planning to work in McDonalds, free burgers and no pressure, and they do have 401K

AC 21 allows change of jobs BEFORE you get your permanent residency because the green card application is for a FUTURE job as defined by the labor certification. If you get your green card and then leave right away, the INS will view this as FRAUD because it would appear that you had no intention of working that job the employer advertized the labor certification for in the first place. It is documented and I will try to find the cases where green cards were revoked because of this.
