Change job after or before I-485 approved.

Hi guys,

I wanna get some opinion about change company after or before I-485 approved. I had a REF on Dec, 2004. USCIS received REF today. I-140 approved on Dec, 2004.

I wanna change company now, even though my I-485 may or maybe not get approved soon. Is there any risk?

If I have a legitimate reason to do so, such as company couldn't find my next client. Is it ok?
