I have an important question. My PD is Oct 19, 2001 and I too have been put under the extreme agony of these unavailable visa numbers.
1.) Are there any Canadians out there with the same PD dates? Has anyone got their GC yet? I see alot of the Indian community out here but I don't see any Canucks complaining about retrogression...am I think only one?
2.) I have already had my 485 interview and the woman verbally said my GC was approved. Do I run any risk by quitting my job and not finding another one? I wanted to take some time off for a while. Or even so, can I change jobs knowing that USCIS will not call me for another interview? And would this fall under AC21?
