Change in service center for filing EAD

I was filing my EAD at NSC where my I485 was filed. Now with the new application form, it appears to be based on the location we live and I have to file at TSC. So any one filing paper application, be cautious to where you send the application.

Are you sure. Make sure you completely read the info on I765. I think for all Employment Based (c)(9) category we should file with Service Center where our 485 is pending. For asylum applicants and other types of EAD's this location specific center applies.

Yes, it is now based on the location where you live, either NSC or TSC for employment-based. I think it started in August, 2007.
