What is the impact of change of address when case is with Consulate ?
What are the to-do tasks after change of address?

My case is with the Consulate.
Will a change of address affect the GC process at this moment ?

Change of address will not affect your GC process. Make sure you send AR-11 before deadline. You can complete another DS-230 indicating your new address and carry it to CP interview. And when you enter USA on immigrant visa the officer at the POE will ask you where you want your GC to be sent. So change of address is nto a problem.
