What are the consequences of a change in ownership (hospital is sold) just after I-140/485 was concurrently filed for an RN? please share, thank you.

This is not a big problem. If for example, you need an 'employment verification letter' at a later stage during the I485 process, the HR representative or an appropriate corporate officer has to declare that they are 'a successor in interest' in your employment based immigration petition. They can show tax and business filing records to show that they purchased the assets and liabilities of the hospital and that they continue to operate it.
You will keep your priority date and everything.
If they chop up the company, things can get more complicated. But just a change in owndership or name (e.g. from Community Memorial St Nowhere to Community St Nowhere, Victory Doctors) won't imperil your immigration case.
