Change in Marital status after submission of Packet3

Hi all,
Please help me with the following questions related to change in the marital status during the consular processing for immigration visa ( will be great if you can be more specific about US Consulate at Chennai)

I\'m currently single.
I\'ve submitted my packet 3 to St.Louis this week (please don\'t call me stupid for posting this after submission of p3)

Based on the data available at cptracker and this web site, I anticipate my IV interview to be in AUG-SEP time frame.

If I get married between now and the time of IV interview, What all documents does my spouse has to submit for an interview? just packet 3 or any other documents?

Also, where should I send my spouse\'s information in the following 3 scenarios (depending on when I get married):

Scenario 1: My packet 3 is still with the NVC, NVC has not sent my case to the Consulate yet.
Scenario 2: NVC sent my case to the Consulate but the Consulate has not scheduled my interview date yet.
Scenario 3: Consulate has already scheduled the interview date for my IV
