Change in JOB with EAD

Hi All,

My RD is on 07/31/02 . After January 2003 I can change my job by using EAD. Now in future if I get a RFE from INS and that RFE goes directly to my OLD company and my OLD company refuses to reply my RFE to INS neither they forward it to me. How can I get the RFE and make a suitable reply for that ? Also can my new company reply the RFE related with my old company ?
Also please let me know about the AC21.
