Change in job description while pening I485

My labour/I140/I485(pending) are in the process based on individual contributor job description. Now I have an option to take the promotion as a manager with the same employer. Will it have any impact on my pending I-485? What are the options I have? Pls suggest. I got my EAD and AP in 06/07.

As long as the job profile doesn't change by > 50%, you are good. Its the job profile, not the job title, that matters for immigration.
