I was on L1 for Employer A and changed to Employer B and I received my I797-A Approval for Change of Employer to B. When I had applied for L1 amendement to Employer B, I had included my spouse as dependent. When I received approval notice for employer B, it had only new I 94 for principal application (i.e me) and not for my spouse. Is it an error or do I need to file it separately may be an I 539 or does the prinicipal applicant's I94 can be used for dependents as well?
