My name is Rajan. I have come to the United States in the fall of 1998 on F-1 visa. I have been in the US on that status till now. My student visa expired in 2005. I have not been out of status and now I have Practical Training card from Sep 2004 to August 2005 during which i am working with a software company(still working).I have applied for my H-1B visa in January 2005 and was approved.My question is can I go to mexico for my visa stamping. Can i return to USA if they dont stamp my visa for any reason can i come back to usa based on my practical training card since my visa has expired.
