change from EAD to H1B status

My I140 is still pending. RD may 12th 2004. Got EAD. Now company is in trouble and I have no option but to change my job.

I tried getting Job on H1-B but it did not work out. So, I had to opt for using EAD. My H1-B expires in Aug 2006 and I94 is valid till the same.

Suppose I work for the current employer on EAD for a few months and then I get a new employer who can sponsor for H1B then can I change my status to H1-B again? Also, what is the procedure to change status from EAD to H1B? Will there be any complications? Let me know.

Your help here is greatly appreciated.
 
H4 to EAD to H1B ?

I was on H4 till 2003, and then went on EAD thru my husband. Our 485 was filed in July 2003. I want to go on H1B from EAD. Will this affect my GC processing and what is the procedure for doing so. I have a H1B processed on my name but i haven’t used it yet.
