Change from AOS to CP

Hello All,

Its been more 14 months for my 485. I have filled for AOS at Vermont. With the current progress at Vermont service center, can I change from AOS to CP ( Mumbai)? If yes what do I need to do ?

I really appreciate for any information.

Thatz not fast either. For applying for CP you need to apply for 1824, which takes about 8 months to get processed and you will probably get a interview date 3 months from I824, So the wait time is almost a year. Also you will not qualify to use EAD / AP.
