change "English" to "Telugu"

My fathers is fluent in english but does not know American accent. My mother does not talk in english - she can do a one word answers like "yes", "no", 3 months etc.

I made a small mistake by choosing "English" and want to switch to "Telugu"

What I did is below:


1. I have selected "English" and submitted all details like HDFC number, name, passport# etc.

2. I have started filling DS-156/157 forms however did NOT confirm the same and did NOT schedule the appointment.

3. Now I do not want to take interview in English.


4. I want to change language from "English" to "Telugu" - Is this possible ?


Please note I am still in the process of filling the DS156/157 and not yet scheduled the date.

The system already knows that I opted for "English", but now I want "Telugu".


What is the way I can achieve this one?


Please advice.

normally accent is not a problem.

i dont think you can change the option now but, you might try.

telugu appt are really hard to find as well

Ask him to watch some American movies/ tv shows for practice
