Change Employer while I-485 Processing <180 days

Can someone tell what documents we can produce while using AC 21 if we change jobs before 180 days due to termination.

You cannot use AC21 before 180 days of 485 filing. Even if you use it, wait till you complete 180 days. Browse the AC21 forums for more details. Good Luck. BTW, do you have a I-140 approval??

Thanks for the reply. 140 is approved and I changed employer 2003 July and not filed AC21 till date thought RFE would come and do it but my case transferred to local Chicago INS so I am now looking for solutions. Any help is appreciated.
